Best of 2005

Sometimes a personal BEST is not marked by the prettiest light, the cleanest comosition or the most awards. Photojournalists capture thousands of moments each year, and the ones that touch us deeply are often the ones we hold onto. Sometimes the things those moments make us feel and think aren't the things that can be seen by the naked eye. But when looking back, and asked to define your BEST, that often translates to FAVORITE or MOST MEMORABLE -- and those moments that resonate deep within us -- are often the ones we remember BEST.

We here at aphotoaday would like to present you with our Best of 2005 gallery, and share with you some of our favorite moments from the last year.
