The happiest carts around

"I photograph shopping carts because I find them to be emblematic of society ..."

So says New Mexico-based photographer Craig Robinson of his ongoing project, "Cartography," which can be seen here.

He continues, "Because of their ubiquity they seem to be overlooked as a central driving force in today's American landscape. They are essential to driving the economy I comfortably enjoy."

And they make for some fun photos, to boot.
