Can’t Forget The Motor City
Can’t Forget The Motor City is a collaborative project between Romain Blanquart and Brian Widdis, that sets out to portray a different Detroit, one that counters the media’s stereotypical vision of abandoned buildings and a dead city.
“What’s consistently absent from these soulless images are the people. 850,000 people still reside in Detroit and their faces and unique imprint on the city motivates our project.”
