In this Sunday's NY Times there was a good, though frustratingly short, article on Eugene Richards' position in the history of photojournalism and his relationship to recording truth and enacting change with photography. The piece is in advance of the publication of his new book, "The Fat Baby," that is also, along with work from three different books, a part of a new show of his amazing photography currently hanging at the Leica Gallery in NYC.
